Good Friday Face

Today I decided to wear one of my favorite colors, sketch. I wear this color with just about everything. It is definitely one of my staples!

Face: Shu Uemura Face Architect smoothing fluid foundation 524. MAC careblend pressed powder medium deep. MAC select sheer loose powder nc40. MAC studio finish concealer nw40. NYX concealer in a jar tan.

Eyes: I applied bamboom paint all over the lid using my ring finger. I applied MAC sketch all over the mobile lid and up into the crease using the Hakuhodo K021 brush. I applied Inglot AMC 55(rust brown) above sketch in the crease using the MAC 224 brush. I applied MAC fairylite pigment to the brow bone using the Hakuhodo K004 brush.

I lined the eyes with MAC blacktrack fluidline using the MAC 263 brush. I line the lower lashline with Urban Decay zero liner. I applied MAC sketch on the lower lash line using the MAC 219 brush. I applied MAC fairy lite in the tear duct using the MAC 219 brush. I applied Ardell 131 lashes.

Cheeks: I contoured the cheeks with Make Up For Ever sculpting powder 4 using the MAC 169 brush(d/c). I applied Nars amour blush to the cheeks using the Hakuhodo K020 brush. I applied MAC fairy lite pigment on top of the cheekbones to highlight using the Hakuhodo K020 brush.

Lips: MAC plum soft cremestick lip pencil. MAC pink friday lipstick. MAC partial to pink cremesheen glass.

  1. So pretty! I love it. I have Sketch and never thought about using it over the entire lid. Can't wait to do this look. Do you have a MAC dupe suggestion for Inglot AMC 55?

  4. @prettygirlrock~Thank you ma'am! You can use MAC passionate instead, it gives that nice burgundy to pink fade in the crease. I know this is going to look fabulous on you! :)

@Phina~Believe it or not in all the years I have used Sketch I don't think I have ever used it all over. It just goes to show how we are creatures of habit. Thanks!

@yummy411~Yes ma'am! Get that Sketch out of the back of the drawer and put it to work! ;)

  8. I love this look, I'm in a wedding with color pink/silver as the dress colors, what would you suggest for eyes & lips?

  9. @Ola~Thank you ma'am!

For the eyes you could use naked pigment on the lid, folie in the crease, vanilla pigment under the brow, and beauty marked in the outer 'v'.

You could use desert rose on the cheeks.

You use Viva Glam V lipstick and gloss on the lips with the liner of your choice.
